We sell top quality local beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game when in season.We supply to top quality restaurants, pubs, cafes, rest homes etc.
Our beef is bought on the hoof and is hung on the premises to produce mature beef. Very few butchers use this method of buying beef these days.

All our sausages are made from 95% pork and are hand made on the premises as are our beef/pork and lamb burgers. Our matured beef is cheaper than the same quality matured beef in supermarkets, we have over 140 years experience between our staff so we can offer our customers expert advice on all meat and poultry products.
